The MAISON SHAPS & ROUCHER-SARRAZIN is a joint venture between two friends, two winemakers and two countries.

For the past 16 years, Michel ROUCHER-SARRAZIN was the winemaker and general manager for the Maison Chartron et Trébuchet in Puligny-Montrachet. Michael SHAPS who was a former intern for Michel, has been a winemaker-consultant in Virginia USA for the past 13 years.

With their great passion for the wines of Burgundy, Michel and Michael have joined forces to produce wines from their location in Meursault. Small lots of wine from Burgundies most famous vineyards can now be found under the SHAPS & ROUCHER-SARRAZIN label.
